  • Is SG News Scope a government media outlet or affiliated with any political party?

No. SG News Scope Pte. Ltd. is a privately held company registered with ACRA (UEN 202947382K). We are an independent news portal and are not affiliated with any government ministry, statutory board, political party, or state media organisation. We do not publish government communications as independent journalism, and we do not engage in political campaigning or partisan commentary.

  • What topics does SG News Scope cover?

We cover Singapore business, enterprise technology, startups, venture capital, fintech, corporate strategy, and innovation policy. Our editorial sections are organised around these themes. We do not cover politics, offer training courses, or operate as a marketing agency.

  • How do I submit a press release or news tip?

Email [email protected] or use our contact form. Include relevant details, spokesperson contact information, and any supporting documents. Our desk reviews all submissions but cannot guarantee publication. We prioritise stories with clear Singapore relevance and newsworthiness.

  • What are your business hours?

Our editorial desk operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8). Enquiries received outside business hours are reviewed on the next working day. Breaking news coverage may extend beyond standard hours during significant market events.

  • Do you accept paid or sponsored content?

Advertising and partner content may appear on our platform but is always clearly labelled and visually separated from independent editorial coverage. We never accept payment for favourable news articles, and our journalists are not permitted to write sponsored content without disclosure.

  • How do you handle corrections?

We take accuracy seriously. If you believe we have published an error, email [email protected] with the article URL, the specific correction needed, and supporting evidence. Verified corrections are published promptly with a clear correction note.

  • Is my personal data protected when I contact you?

Yes. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Data submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for full details on collection, use, and retention.
